DNRC DIVERSEcity Program

DNRC DIVERSEcity is now accepting applications for the upcoming cohort beginning August 24th, 2026!

The DNRC DIVERSEcity program helps youth (age 15-30) overcome barriers to employment and become job ready. During each 11-week training program, participants:

Build confidence
Develop valuable job skills
Receive certificate training
Gain hands-on experience through work placement
Work with a mentor to overcome barriers
Earn a living allowance/wage
